CANCELLATIONS, SUBSTITUTIONS, LIABILITY WAVER AND PHOTOGRAPHY AUTHORIZATION

Cancellations will be permitted, subject to a $150 administration fee, with written notification to the Sales Shebang, received no later than September 17, 2007. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after September 17, 2007. However, if you're unable to attend, a substitute may be sent in your place.

Two registration substitutions are permitted free of charge; all subsequent changes are subject to a $50 administration fee. Please notify the Sales Shebang conference manager in writing with any changes. Unless otherwise advised prior to the conference, permission is granted by the attendee to have his/her photograph taken and possibly reproduced in official Sales Shebang materials.
